Sourcing Brief We define category, technique, target price, quality level, volume and timeline before approaching any partner.

Category – Country Matching We route each product to the region best suited to it — by technique, cost structure, minimums and lead time.

Supplier Due Diligence We check production capability, capacity, certifications and track record before a factory enters the network.

Costing & MOQ Negotiation We negotiate pricing and minimum order quantities on your behalf, based on volume and category.

Sampling & Compliance We manage sampling, verify certifications where required, and confirm production readiness before bulk.

QC & Follow-Through We stay involved through quality control, production and delivery — sourcing is the start, not the whole job.
